Chicken meat, especially white, with many of its beneficial dietary properties, is not liked by many housewives, since it is often dry when cooked. However, there is a fairly simple way to cook chicken meat so that it turns out to be delicious and juicy. These are chicken cutlets with cheese, or zrazy.

- Chicken fillet - about 1 kg.
- Meat grinder.
- Egg - 2 pcs.
- Cheese.
- Breadcrumbs.
- Salt.
- Pepper.
- Seasonings to taste.
- Vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Take a cooked chicken fillet or cut the fillet off a chicken carcass. It is best to use white chicken meat, but you can also use thigh fillets or a mixed version if necessary.
Step 2
Grind the chicken.
Step 3
Stir in a raw chicken egg into the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. You can also add your favorite spices and dried herbs.
Step 4
Prepare the breading. You can use either ready-made bread crumbs from the store, or made yourself. To do this, ordinary crackers need to be ground in a blender or with a pestle in a mortar into fine crumbs and mixed with a little saffron for color. Pour the breadcrumbs into a wide, flat bowl.
Step 5
In a hotel bowl, beat the second egg.
Step 6
Cut the cheese (you can take any sort like "Dutch", "Russian" and so on) cut into small cubes.
Take a small amount of minced meat and shape the pancake to fit in the palm of your hand. Put 2-3 (depending on their size) cheese cubes in the center, wrap the edges of the "pancake" inward and shape the cutlet so that the cheese is completely hidden inside.
Step 7
Dip the resulting cutlet in an egg, then roll in breadcrumbs.
Step 8
Heat the oil in a wide, heavy-bottomed skillet. There should be a lot of it, because the breading absorbs it well.
Step 9
Fry the formed patties over low heat until golden brown.
Step 10
Put the finished cutlets on a dish covered with a paper towel so that excess oil is drained from them.
You will get well-done and very juicy thanks to the patties melted inside the cheese.
