Chicken cutlets are undoubtedly one of the basic dishes that should be in the piggy bank of every housewife. Despite the simple ingredients and quick preparation, chicken cutlets are tender and tasty.
Ingredients for making chicken cutlets:
- chicken breast (or ready-made minced chicken);
- large white onion;
- 2 raw chicken eggs;
- about 110 g flour;
- salt, pepper, seasonings to taste.
Cooking chicken cutlets:
1. Rinse the chicken breast and dry it a little. Then grind in a meat grinder.
2. Peel and wash the onion under running cold water. Chop finely with a sharp knife and pour into the minced chicken.
3. Break eggs into a bowl with minced meat, add salt, as well as ground pepper and other spices as desired. Mix well.
4. From this mixture you need to form small cutlets, each roll in flour on all sides. Also for deboning, you can use crackers or a special bread mixture, whoever loves what.
5. Fry the formed chicken cutlets in oil in a hot frying pan. They are fried quite quickly, it is enough to achieve a golden brown crust on both sides.
6. Put the finished cutlets on a plate covered with napkins or paper towels. This will remove the excess oil that the cutlets will absorb during frying.
Chicken cutlets are very aromatic and juicy. Garnish for them can be anything, from pasta to stewed vegetables. You can also add various sauces to taste: cheese, tomato, creamy with herbs.
