Chicken cutlets fit optimally into the daily diet, as they contain a significant amount of protein and have the ability to quickly saturate the body. Chefs have created many variations of chicken cutlets using various ingredients.
It is necessary
- –270 g chicken fillet or 240 g chicken breast;
- –1-2 onion;
- -2 eggs;
- –5-8 tbsp. wheat flour;
- -salt pepper;
- -vegetable oil.

Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet with a sharp knife into cubes, each side of which will be about 0.5-0.8 cm. The finer the cut pieces are, the more tender the cutlets will turn out and will cook well from the inside.
Step 2
Place in a separate cup and season with salt and pepper depending on your taste. Crack the eggs, shake lightly with a fork and add to the chicken, then mix thoroughly with a wooden spatula.
Step 3
Cut the onion in half, then up and down. Place in a bowl of chicken and eggs, then add flour. The whole mass should be mixed well and left for 5-8 minutes. Fry chicken cutlets in a heavy-bottomed pan in hot vegetable oil. After frying, place each chicken cutlet on a paper towel so that the excess oil is absorbed.
