Chopped chicken breast cutlets can be cooked very quickly, literally in 10-15 minutes. They turn out to be very juicy and tender.

Instructions
Step 1
Prepare chicken or turkey breast fillet by removing skin, films and bones. Chop the fillet with a knife, half very finely, the other larger. It tastes better when pieces of different sizes are combined. Grate medium-sized onion on a fine grater or chop with a blender until puree. Mix everything well.
Step 2
Add one tablespoon to chopped minced meat with onions: starch, mayonnaise, 1-2 eggs, salt and spices - ground ginger, parsley, turmeric on the tip of a knife. Knead the minced meat with a tablespoon until smooth. The minced meat is thin in consistency, but when frying, thanks to the addition of starch, the ingredients "bind" together.
Step 3
A little vegetable oil - 1-2 tablespoons, heat in a frying pan. Fry cutlets on both sides, spreading out with a spoon, like pancakes.
