To prepare a more complex recipe for this canned fish dish, you will need: a can of canned food (in this recipe it is also best to take pink salmon), a couple of medium potatoes, an onion, a clove of garlic, a bay leaf, 1/4 tsp. ginger, 1 tbsp. butter, 1 tsp. turmeric, cardamom, 1 tsp. sugar, 0.5 tsp. salt, a little hot chili pepper, a pinch of cinnamon.

Such a dish, with its satiety, will satisfy the appetite of even a man who works in physical work, but his second half will significantly reduce the time for cooking.

First, chop the onion and garlic, and cut the potatoes into small cubes. After that, fry the first ingredients a little (about 2-3 minutes) in butter with the addition of chopped ginger, then put the potatoes in the pan and cook the ingredients for another 4-5 minutes. After that, put the mashed fish pieces, turmeric and bay leaves with 100 ml of warm water into a saucepan. Simmer the ingredients for another 10-12 minutes. After that, remove the bay leaf from the pan and add cardamom, as well as salt, sugar, chili and cinnamon to it, mix thoroughly. Form cutlets from the resulting mass, it is best to roll them in breadcrumbs, then literally fry them in vegetable oil for 4-5 minutes.

It is this recipe that gives room for various cooking variations, since you can make canned fish cutlets more useful without adding vegetable oil. The ingredients have already been pre-processed by stewing, they will stick together perfectly.
