It is necessary

  • - red fish - 800 g;
  • - potatoes - 5 pcs;
  • - onions - 2-3 pcs;
  • - carrots - 1-2 pcs;
  • - pitted black olives - 1 can;
  • - tomato paste - 4-5 tbsp. l;
  • - salt and spices to taste;
  • - lemon;
  • - greens to taste;
  • - sunflower oil.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut red fish (salmon, trout, pink salmon, chum salmon) into pieces, remove the skin and cook in salted water for 20-30 minutes. Take out the finished fish with a slotted spoon and cool, filter the broth through a sieve (you can use cheesecloth folded several times). Remove bones from fish and cut fillets into portions.

Peel and rub the carrots on a medium grater, cut the onion into thin half rings. Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan and fry the vegetables until tender. Add tomato paste and spices.

Peel the washed potatoes and cut into 1 cm cubes.

Bring the strained broth to a boil over high heat. We reduce the heat and put the potatoes in a saucepan, cook the root vegetable until the root is ready, add the fried onions and carrots. Cut the olives into rings and also pour into the broth. Put pieces of fish in the finished soup and cook for another 5-10 minutes until the potatoes are cooked. Add salt and spices if necessary.

Remove the pan from heat, add lemon juice to taste, cover with a lid, wrap with a towel and leave to infuse for 30 minutes.

Wash the parsley and dill, dry with a paper napkin and finely chop. Before serving, add finely chopped herbs and a slice of lemon to a bowl of soup.
