For the preparation of dumplings, you will need: 700 g of flour, 200 g of sour cream, 180 g of sugar, 150 g of butter, 2 eggs, 2 pinches of salt, 0.5 tsp of baking soda. Also for the filling, take 400 g of cottage cheese, 120 g of sugar, 50 g of sour cream, 1 egg and 1 white (yolk for lubrication), 1 tbsp. flour, 2 tbsp. semolina, 1 bag of vanilla sugar.

Cooking juices

Grind the eggs with sugar, add sour cream, soft butter (leave it on the table at room temperature before cooking).

Sift flour, add baking powder, salt. Gradually add this mixture to the egg mass and knead the dough. It should turn out to be homogeneous, plastic.

For the filling, grind the curd with sugar and add all the other ingredients.

Then roll out the dough to a thickness of 3 mm and cut out circles with a diameter of 10 cm. Place about 1 tablespoon of the filling on each circle. Each shovel must be carefully folded in half (lightly press down the sides at the semicircle).

Place the juices on a baking sheet, on baking paper (or grease the baking sheet with oil). Whisk the yolk with a little milk and brush with this mixture.

Bake juices for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees.

Such juices are good both hot and cold with coffee, tea, milk.

Helpful hint: Add chopped nuts, candied fruits or dried fruits to the filling if you want variety.
