Step 1

Cut the carrots into medium-sized cubes, the onion into half rings and slightly remember it with your hands. Cut the garlic into quarters and crush it with the flat side of a knife. Put everything in a bowl, pour out the oil, salt and pepper. Add the rosemary, pour over the wine and let stand at room temperature for one and a half to two hours.

Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 - 190 ° C. Place the rabbit in a sleeve, placing the meat in one layer. Tie a sleeve on one side and pour in the rest of the marinade. Tie the other side of the sleeve and place the bunny baking sheet in the oven.
Step 4
After half an hour, cut the sleeve on top, turn up the oven temperature and leave the rabbit for another 15 minutes to brown the pieces. Turn off the oven and remove the rabbit after 10 minutes. Spread it out on plates and garnish with fresh herbs. Mashed potatoes are suitable as a side dish.
