Pork rolls are a rather original and tasty dish, and also very satisfying and nutritious. Pork rolls seasoned with cheese sauce will surely delight your household and guests.

It is necessary

    • 1 kg of pork;
    • ingredients for the filling (at your discretion);
    • 200 g of cheese;
    • 300 ml of milk;
    • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of butter;
    • vegetable oil;
    • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of flour;
    • salt
    • pepper
    • spices to taste;
    • greens.

Instructions

Step 1

Take 1 kg of pork meat. Rinse it well under running water and dry it.

Step 2

Cut the pork into thin slices. Beat each piece, salt and pepper. Wrap in plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for about an hour.

Step 3

While the meat is soaking in the spices, add the filling. It can be anything. For example, boil a few eggs. Finely chop green onions and eggs, add sour cream and mix well. The filling is ready.

Step 4

Remove the meat from the refrigerator. Place the filling on each piece of pork, wrap and secure with a toothpick or kitchen thread.

Step 5

Pour vegetable oil into the skillet. Put the rolls in it and fry on all sides until golden brown (about 5-10 minutes).

Step 6

Transfer the rolls to a greased baking sheet. Place it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake the rolls for 40-50 minutes.

Step 7

While the rolls are baking, prepare the sauce. Take 2 packs of processed cheese, 100 g each (cheese can taste anything). Cut it into small pieces so that it melts faster when you cook the sauce.

Step 8

Melt a tablespoon of butter in a skillet. Pour flour into it and brown, stirring constantly so that it does not burn.

Step 9

Pour milk into the pan with the butter-flour mixture. It must be added gradually so that no lumps form. Mix the resulting mass thoroughly.

Step 10

Now add the cheese. Cook over low heat until the milk boils and the cheese is completely dissolved.

Step 11

Season with salt and pepper, add fresh herbs to the sauce. Mix everything well again and remove from heat.

Step 12

Cover the skillet with a lid and let the sauce sit for 10-15 minutes. It should not be too thick, but not too liquid.

Step 13

Remove the baking sheet from the oven. The rolls should have a nice golden crust. Let them cool down. Place the rolls on a platter. Pour cheese sauce over them and serve. Bon Appetit!
