Saltwater fish is an essential food for a healthy diet. Its beneficial properties are extremely important for human health. The fish is used in various dishes and is very easy to prepare.

- - carrots 1 pc.;
- - onion 1 pc.;
- - vegetable oil 3 tbsp. spoons;
- - sour cream 5 tbsp. spoons;
- - salt;
- - greens;
- - seasoning for fish.
Instructions
Step 1
We start cooking with blanks. Thoroughly rinse the fish fillet with water and remove the remaining moisture with a paper towel. Then we cut the fish into small plates or pieces and marinate in spices. I usually cut into pieces of about 2 * 2 cm. Peel the carrots and onions and finely chop them.
Step 2
Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and put on high heat. When the oil is hot, lay out the pieces of fish and fry on all sides, make sure that the fish does not burn, the fire can be slightly reduced. After 10 minutes, the fish is half ready and add the onions and carrots to the pan, mix thoroughly and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Step 3
Then add sour cream, salt and fish spices to your taste to the pan and add water. Water must be poured so that the fish is completely covered. It is necessary to simmer the dish for about 30 minutes more, stir sometimes.

We put the finished dish to everyone on a plate, decorating with chopped herbs.
