    • 1 sweet orange;
    • 1 large bell pepper;
    • juice 0.25 lemon;
    • olive oil;
    • salt;
    • sweet mustard.
    • Salad with fish and feta cheese:
    • 400 g cod fillet;
    • 0.5 cups cucumber pickle;
    • 150 g feta cheese;
    • 1 large apple;
    • 100 g gherkins;
    • a bunch of parsley.
    • Aioli sauce:
    • 2 egg yolks;
    • salt;
    • freshly ground black pepper;
    • 300 ml of olive oil;
    • 2 teaspoons lemon juice.

Step 1

One of the simplest recipes is a salad with tomatoes and feta cheese. Take fleshy sweet tomatoes, wash them and cut them into slices. Wash the lettuce leaves, discard in a colander and let the water drain. Chop the cheese into cubes and the sweet pepper into thin strips. Chop the parsley. Place lettuce leaves on a dish, place tomatoes, chopped peppers and cheese cubes on top. Season with salt, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and parsley.

A more satisfying option is feta cheese and chicken salad. Rinse the chicken fillet, peel off films and fat and cut into cubes. In a flat bowl, combine flour, salt, curry powder and ground paprika. Fry the breaded chicken in a pan with heated vegetable oil until golden brown. Make sure that the cubes do not burn, stir them constantly with a wooden spatula. Put the cooked chicken in a separate bowl.

Chill fillets and cut into small pieces. Chop sour apples, gherkins, chop parsley. Pour all the ingredients into the fish.

Make aioli sauce. Chop the garlic, mix with salt and pepper, add raw chicken yolks one at a time. Stir in olive oil drop by drop. After half of it has been used up, you can increase the portions of the oil. If the mixture is too thick, dilute it by pouring in a couple of tablespoons of warm water.

Grate the feta cheese. Pour the prepared salad with sauce and sprinkle with cheese flakes. Serve immediately, accompanied by toasted white bread and rosé wine.
