Each housewife uses different meat to prepare pickle: pork, beef, chicken and even fish. But pearl barley and pickles remain unchanged and indispensable ingredients. Pickle with fish is less common in cooking, but you should definitely try such an unusual combination.

- - fish broth 1, 2 l
- - boiled pink salmon 300 g
- - potatoes 2 pcs.
- - onions 1 head
- - carrots 2 pcs.
- - pearl barley 1 glass
- - pickles 2 pcs.
- - Bay leaf
- - salt to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the potatoes into slices, carrots into slices, and onions into half rings.
Step 2
Combine onions and carrots and lightly fry in vegetable oil.
Step 3
Cut the pickled cucumbers into strips and simmer them in a little water for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Cut the fish into small pieces.
Step 5
Cook the pearl barley separately until tender.
Step 6
Bring the broth to a boil, put the potatoes in it and cook for 10 minutes. Add sauteed onions and carrots, cucumbers, cooked cereals, fish and bay leaves and cook for another 5 minutes. When serving, add chopped greens to each plate.
