- - 100 g of Feta cheese
- - 3 tbsp. pitted olives
- - 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- - ground black pepper, salt, oregano
- - 200 g peeled shrimp
- - green salad

Step 1
Wash the tomato and cut into small pieces. Cut the cheese into cubes, the olives into rings. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix.

For the sauce in a small bowl, combine the butter, lemon juice, oregano, salt, ground pepper, and beat until smooth.
Step 3
Next, mix the boiled peeled shrimp and chopped vegetables in a deep bowl, pour over the previously prepared dressing, mix well.
Step 4
Wash the lettuce leaves under running water, dry a little and place them on the bottom of the salad bowl, and put the salad on top. Serve chilled.
