"Alligator's pear" and sea crustacean. Sounds unusual. But the taste is one of the most delicate and harmonious combinations. One has only to add some herbs and spices to avocado and shrimp. Delicious and light salad is ready - lovers of exotic and Asian cuisine will appreciate it.

- 1 liter fish broth
- 500 g shrimp
- 50 g bell pepper
- 1 avocado
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of soy sauce
- 150 ml olive oil
- 5 g ginger
- 20 g shallottes
- 5 g cilantro
- 2 cloves of garlic
Instructions
Step 1
Make the sauce. Mix mustard, honey, sesame oil and soy sauce in a bowl convenient for further whipping. Stir constantly with a whisk and add olive oil. The sauce should be thick.
Step 2
Cook fish broth (based on fish bones and dill, onions, celery and carrots). Bring the broth to a boil. Peel the shrimp, leaving the head and tail. Put the shrimp in the broth for 3-5 minutes and immediately remove it from the heat.
Step 3
Cut the pepper, garlic, onion, ginger root, cilantro into small cubes in a separate plate. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit. Use a spoon to separate the avocado flesh from the rind. Cut the pulp into cubes.
Step 4
The salad can be served in a large platter or in portioned glasses. In any case, you need to put the avocado at the very bottom. Then - chopped greens. Pour all this with the prepared sauce. Put the shrimps on top. Moisten them with sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds too.
