Shrimp and oranges are a good combination for a holiday salad! It is easy to make sure of this - the salad is prepared quickly enough, it looks appetizing, the taste is in no way inferior to its appearance! Suitable for the New Year's menu.
It is necessary
- - 0.5 kg of peeled shrimp (fresh frozen);
- - 2 oranges, apples;
- - 3 tablespoons of olive oil, lemon juice;
- - a bunch of dill;
- - spices - for amateurs.
Instructions
Step 1
Use shrimp already peeled from shells. Lightly fry them in hot olive oil for two minutes, then pour in the lemon juice, simmer for another three minutes, sometimes stirring the contents of the pan. At this stage, seafood is not required to be salted.
Step 2
Peel apples with oranges, remove all seeds from apples. Cut the apples into small cubes and divide the oranges into wedges, be sure to remove the white film from each wedge. For the salad, just use the slices as a whole - if you cut them, they will give too much juice.
Step 3
Combine the prepared fruit with the cooked shrimp, which has not been completely cooled down. Add the butter with lemon juice in which the shrimps were cooked - it will act as a dressing. Season with your favorite spices for a salad dressing. For example, you can use dried garlic, a versatile vegetable seasoning, or just use a combination of salt and ground pepper.
