Kebab does not have to be a meat dish. Now they cook both vegetable kebabs and seafood. Shrimp shashlik with orange rather refers to Japanese cuisine, which many people like today. It is grilled.

- - 2 cloves of garlic;

- - thyme, orange peel;

Combine orange juice with zest, thyme, olive oil, chopped garlic. Season with salt and pepper the resulting marinade.

Dip the shrimp in the marinade (you do not need to peel them), leave to marinate for 30 minutes. If time permits, you can put the shrimp in the marinade in the refrigerator overnight.

Prepare the shrimp sauce. To do this, mix mayonnaise, thyme, pepper, salt and orange juice (the amount is at your discretion).
Step 4
Preheat the grill, lightly grease the wire rack with oil.

Place the pickled shrimp on skewers (it is better to soak them in water), you can add orange slices.

Grill the kebab for 2 minutes on each side. Serve the kebab directly on the skewers along with the orange sauce.
