The best breakfast is a hearty, nutritious and delicious breakfast! One dish that can be served is a protein omelet with vegetables. The protein of chicken eggs is well absorbed by the digestive system, vegetables that are used in cooking (bell peppers, zucchini and leeks) give a piquant taste and aroma to the dish, and are also a source of vegetable protein.

Step 1
Wash the zucchini and peel, if the skin is rough, cut into strips. Wash and peel the bell peppers and leeks, also cut into strips. Mix vegetables and fry in olive oil until golden brown and half cooked. Add ground pepper.
Step 2
First you need to separate the whites from the yolks. This is not so difficult to do: the egg needs to be split into 2 parts, the yolk will be in one of the halves, and the white will drain into the bowl. Then you need to carefully transfer the yolk from one shell to another to get rid of the remaining protein. How to do this is clearly shown in the video. The whites can be salted if desired and beat until light foam appears.
Step 3
It is more convenient to bake an omelet in portioned forms: ram, aluminum or ceramic form. Before laying the ingredients, grease the mold with olive oil, then pour in a small amount of whipped protein, lay out the fried vegetables and pour all this with the remaining protein. Bake at 180 ° C for 15 minutes or until the omelet has a slightly golden brown crust. Serve in the dish in which the omelet was cooked, or put it on a table plate, garnish with a sprig of parsley if you wish.
