Step 1

To marinate pork, combine two-thirds of a glass of soy sauce, a third of a glass of sugar, the same amount of water, and a quarter of a glass of wine vinegar. Peel and crush three garlic cloves. Grate fresh ginger root on a fine grater, you need two teaspoons of this spice. Add garlic and grated ginger to the marinade, add a tablespoon of vegetable oil to the marinade, and marinate the pork for five hours in the prepared mixture.

Step 2

If you want marinated meat in two hours, you need half a bottle of red wine. Add three tablespoons of any vinegar and three cloves of minced garlic to the wine. Cut eight hundred grams of pork into portions, salt and pepper the meat and put it in the marinade. Add a couple of bunches of any chopped herbs and spices to taste. Soak the kebab in the marinade for two hours.

Step 3

Quite a simple marinade for pork skewers. For this marinade, you will need to cut four medium onions into rings, cut the meat into portions and mix with the onions. Add ground pepper and bay leaf to the mixture. Dissolve a teaspoon of salt in a glass of water, half a teaspoon of sugar, add a glass of vinegar. Pour the cooked marinade over the pork and marinate for at least four hours.

Lamb can also be used to make an appetizing barbecue. To do this, you need a pound of lamb. Rinse the meat, cut it into chunks and place in a glass or ceramic dish. Chop a couple of onions and one hundred grams of green onions. Season the meat, sprinkle with ground pepper and mix with the chopped onion. Add a tablespoon of vinegar. Marinate meat for three hours in a cold place.
