  • 5 basil leaves;
  • 3 tablespoons of quality olive oil.

To prepare the dough, you must first dilute the yeast in water with added sugar. You can take at least 30 ml of water. If yeast is diluted in a concentrated sugar solution, it can lose its properties. The water should be warm, but not hot. After 10 minutes, you can start making the dough.

Put flour in a deep bowl. It is better to pre-sift it through a sieve to enrich it with oxygen. The dough with such flour will be better suited. Pour the mixture of water, sugar and yeast into a bowl, half the olive oil, add a little salt and, stirring occasionally, add new portions of water. The dough should be elastic, but soft, not too dense. When you manage to achieve the desired consistency, wrap it in plastic and put it in a warm place. After 30 minutes, knead well, form a ball and roll out. To prevent the dough from sticking to the rolling pin, it is convenient to sprinkle the surface with working flour. Put the dough in a special dish for baking pizza.

Grind the tomatoes with a blender. Preliminarily, it is advisable to make cruciform incisions in the region of the stalks, scald with boiling water, and then remove the peel. Put tomato puree in a saucepan, add the remaining half of the olive oil, a little spices. Dried Italian herbs are ideal for pizza. The taste of tomato sauce is well emphasized by oregano. Cook the sauce over very low heat for 5-8 minutes.

Put the tomato sauce on the rolled dough, but cool it slightly beforehand. You can put very thin circles of tomatoes on top of the sauce. Finely grate the Parmesan and sprinkle on the pizza.   • 500 g frozen puff pastry;
  • 2-3 st. l ketchup or tomato lecho;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • 8 cherry tomatoes;
  • 1 bell pepper;
  • 200 g of hard cheese;
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil;
  • a little oregano;
  • 100 g olives.

Take the puff pastry out of the package, defrost it a little so that it becomes more plastic, and roll it out with a rolling pin into a layer suitable in size for the selected shape or baking sheet. Put the layer neatly on a baking sheet and prick with a fork over the entire area so that the dough does not swell during baking. Brush it with ketchup.
