Pizza was originally a dish for the poorest segments of the population and was extremely simple - tortilla and tomatoes with cheese. Today, each country prepares its own variations of pizza: on thin and thick dough, calzone, with anchovies, mushrooms, meat ingredients. And although pizza was originally cooked on a fire, today all this variety can be baked in the oven.
Pizza "Village": recipe step by step
You will need:
- 400 g flour;
- 250 ml of milk;
- 2 tbsp Sahara;
- 11 g packaged yeast;
- 125 g butter;
- 250 g of cottage cheese;
- 250 g boiled chicken fillet;
- 100 g of hard cheese;
- 1 tbsp semolina;
- 100 g of greens;
- salt, ground black pepper - to taste.
Cooking process in stages
Prepare the dough. To do this, pour half a glass of warm milk into a deep cup, add 1 tbsp. semolina, 1 tbsp. sugar and pour in yeast. Stir the mixture and leave in a warm place for 10 minutes.
Sift flour into another cup, pour the remaining warm milk, sugar, melted butter into it and add the settled dough, salt to taste. Knead a homogeneous dough from these ingredients and put it in a warm place for 1 hour.
After the time has passed, knead the dough and leave for another 30-40 minutes. Then divide the dough in half and roll each half into a flat cake about 1 cm thick and 28 cm in diameter.
Mix cottage cheese with chopped herbs for the filling. Chop or disassemble the boiled chicken fillet. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Place the tortillas on a baking sheet. Apply a curd layer to the dough, evenly distribute the chicken over the pizza, sprinkle with cheese on top. Bake pizza for 20-25 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 ° C.
Pizza in the oven with sausage and olives
You will need:
- 2-2, 5 cups of premium flour;
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 tbsp olive oil;
- 6, 5 g dry yeast;
- 1 tsp Sahara;
- 1/2 tsp salt;
- 100 g of cheese;
- 100 g sausage;
- olives, tomato paste - to taste.
Prepare the dough. Pour water into a deep cup, add vegetable oil and flour, stir and add sugar and salt to the yeast mass. Stir and knead the dough with your hands. Place the dough in a warm place for half an hour.
Prepare the filling: Thinly slice the sausage and olives into rings. Grate the cheese. Set the oven to warm up to 250 ° C.
Divide the matched dough into 2 parts, you get 2 pizzas. Roll the dough into circles and transfer to a baking sheet. Spread the layers on top with tomato paste, put the sausage on them, place the olives on top.
Place the pizza to bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Take out the almost finished pizza, sprinkle with grated cheese and place back in the oven for 2-3 minutes. The cheese in this pizza should melt, not bake.
Pizza with smoked sausage and pickles in the oven
You will need:

- 15 g of compressed yeast;
- a pinch of salt.

- 100 raw smoked sausages;
- 2 pickled cucumbers;
- 1 bunch of greens;

- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise.
Dissolve sugar, fresh yeast, salt in warm water. Gradually add flour and knead, stretching, sticky dough. Collect it in a ball, cover with a napkin and put in a warm place for half an hour.
Prepare the filling. For her, cut the sausage into thin slices and cut them in half to make half rings. Cut the cucumbers in the same way, and grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Brush a baking dish with vegetable oil.
Transfer the dough that has come into the mold and spread it with your hands over the entire bottom. Make small bumpers out of the dough. Brush a little mayonnaise on the pizza base (you can substitute tomato paste for it if you like).

Knead the risen dough with your hands for 1 minute, then roll out a round layer no more than 5 mm thick and 30 cm in diameter. Transfer the pizza base to a baking sheet. Set the oven to preheat to 220 ° C.
Brush the base with tomato paste or ketchup. Put tomatoes, bell peppers, then minced meat on top of the layer, sprinkle with herbs and cover generously with cheese. Bake the pizza in the oven for 15 minutes at 220 ° C.
Pizza without yeast in milk
You will need:
- 1 glass of milk
- 12 tbsp flour,
- 1 egg,
- 1 tsp salt,
- 5 champignons,
- 1/2 tsp soda,
- 1 tomato,
- 1 bell pepper,
- 100 g of hard cheese
- vegetable oil, ketchup (adjika) and mayonnaise to taste.
Knead the dough. In a deep bowl, beat the egg and salt, add milk, baking soda and beat again. Add the sifted flour little by little and knead to a homogeneous dough. Form a ball and let it rest warm for 20 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the filling. Rinse all vegetables and mushrooms and cut into rings. Fry the mushrooms in a pan in a minimum amount of oil. Grate the cheese.

Kefir pizza in the oven: homemade option

Oven zucchini pizza: a yeast-free recipe
You will need:
- 700 g zucchini,
- 1/2 cup semolina
- 3 tbsp flour,
- 1 egg,
- 300 g of ordinary sausage,
- 200 g of cheese
- 2 tomatoes,
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion,
- bread crumbs, salt, pepper, herbs - to taste.
Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, season with salt and pepper to taste. Let them sit for 10 minutes and drain the liquid from them. Add semolina, flour, egg to the zucchini and knead the dough.
