Thoroughly rinse 1 kg of slightly frozen salmon fillets under running water and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut lengthwise into 4 equal pieces. Press each pair together and wrap tightly with parchment, fold in a plastic bag and refrigerate. After two days, the salmon can be cut into small pieces and served.

You can quickly cook salmon in a pan. Divide the washed fish into 2–3 cm thick portions, season with salt and pepper to taste, drizzle with a little olive oil and thoroughly drizzle with lemon juice. You don't need to regret the last ingredient - you can safely squeeze half a lemon into one piece, then the fish will turn out to be juicy and very tasty. Leave the marinade for 15 minutes and then sauté over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side.

Baked salmon

Cut 1 kg of salmon fillet into portions, salt to taste and marinate them in the juice of 2 lemons for 10 minutes. Then fold into a deep baking dish, pour 0.5 L of low-fat cream and sprinkle with 1 tsp. curry. Cooking salmon in an oven preheated to 200 degrees takes no more than 25 minutes.

Salmon soup

Cut the fish fillet into several large pieces, cover with water, bring to a boil and carefully remove all the foam. Then reduce heat and boil the salmon for another 10 minutes. Then remove the fish from the broth and place the diced potatoes there. While it is cooking, chop 1 bunch of green onions and dill coarsely. Season the soup with salt and pepper. Once the potatoes are ready, add the cooked salmon, herbs and turn off the heat. Serve salmon soup to the table immediately, until the greens change color. You can put a slice of lemon in a plate.
