- - cream 33% 400 ml;
- - a can of condensed milk 380 g;
- - chocolate 160 g;
- - cocoa 1.5 tbsp with a slide + 1 tbsp. for sprinkling.
Instructions
Step 1
Beat the cooled cream with a mixer until stable peaks.
Step 2
In the whipped cream, stir in the condensed milk very carefully using a spoon.
Step 3
Melt 100 grams of chocolate in a water bath. As soon as it begins to melt, you need to add it to the mixture of condensed milk and cream, also very carefully, by hand. Add 1, 5 tablespoons of cocoa and mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Melt the remaining 60 grams of chocolate in a water bath. Pour one tablespoon of melted chocolate into the center of the mixture without stirring. Then gently make a few circular movements in the center of the mixture, so that the chocolate does not mix with it, but just leaves streaks. Just a couple of circular motions are enough.
Step 5
Now we are preparing the mixture for freezing. Alternate a layer of creamy mixture with a thin layer of mixture from the remaining melted chocolate. Put the finished container with ice cream in the freezer. After 8 hours, you can enjoy a delicious chocolate dessert - toffee.
Step 6
The ice cream has a pleasant texture, it stretches slightly. Chocolate is pronounced, chocolate layers give an even richer taste. After two hours, when the ice cream has set a little, sprinkle it with cocoa powder on top.
