It is difficult to imagine a family holiday without a dessert. After all, sweet treats bring joy, positive and good mood. In many homes, fruits are an integral part of the festive table. But why not diversify the way they are presented a little? If you want your dessert to be both tasty and healthy, try making a spectacular and very simple fruit salad with yogurt. Such a delicacy will surely delight both children and adults.
It is necessary
- - Mandarins - 3 pcs.;
- - Banana - 0.5 pcs.;
- - Kiwi - 2 pcs.;
- - Apple - 1 pc.;
- - Mango - 1 pc. small or pineapple - 2 rings;
- - Pomegranate seeds - a few handfuls;
- - Yogurt (any) - 200 ml.
Instructions
Step 1
Remove the skin from the kiwi and cut into cubes or triangular pieces. Peel and seed the apple, cut into thin slices, dividing them in half, or chop into cubes.
Step 2
Remove the peel from the banana and tangerine. Cut the banana into circles or pieces of any shape, and divide the tangerines into slices and remove the film from them. If you have a mango, you also need to peel it off with a knife and cut it into small pieces. If pineapple, then cut off 2 rings, cut off the peel and chop into cubes (you can also use canned pineapple for making salad).
Step 3
Put all prepared fruits (apple, kiwi, banana, tangerines and mango (pineapple)) in a large bowl, add pomegranate seeds, pour in yogurt and mix everything well.
Step 4
The ready-made fruit salad with yogurt can be laid out in the bowls and served.
