Gazpacho is a cold Spanish soup based on tomatoes. And if at home it was originally prepared by peasant families, then in our time this soup is often offered to the table for wealthy people.

It is necessary

  • - ripe, fleshy tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • - orange - 1 pc.;
  • - garlic - 1 slice;
  • - soy sauce - 1 tsp;
  • - oregano - 0.5 tsp;
  • - granulated sugar - 0.5 tsp;
  • - salt and pepper - to taste;
  • - olive oil - 1-2 tsp;
  • - green dill, sweet pepper - for serving.

Instructions

Step 1

Remove the skin from the tomatoes by first placing them in boiling water for a few seconds. Then cut and fold into a deep container.

Step 2

Peel the orange and cut into slices, add them to the tomatoes. Use a blender to grind the food until smooth.

Step 3

Free the garlic cloves from the husk, add to the chopped mass. Pour in soy sauce, oregano and the rest of the spices. Process the resulting composition again with a blender.

Step 4

Cover the bowl with the soup and refrigerate. Divide the chilled product into portions, throw chopped dill, pieces of sweet pepper into each and pour oil.
