vegetables. The dish turns out to be very beautiful, satisfying and
delicious, the meat just melts in your mouth. It is very simple to prepare, suitable for both a festive table and an everyday lunch.
It is necessary
- - beef 1 kg
- - onion 2 pcs.
- - bell pepper 1 pc.
- - chili pepper (to taste)
- - 2 tomatoes
- - 3 cloves of garlic
- - peas 1 can
- - carrots 2 pcs. medium size
- - salt, spices
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the meat into medium-sized pieces, pour in quite a bit of water, add salt, bay leaf. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 2
While the meat is stewing, make the sauce: 2 tomatoes, bell pepper, chili pepper, chop the onion in a blender until smooth. Pour the resulting mixture into a greased frying pan, keep on fire, stirring occasionally. When the sauce changes color, add it to the meat.
Step 3
Add peas, chopped carrots, salt and spices. It will turn out very tasty if you add celery. Cover with a lid, simmer over low heat until the meat is cooked. Garnish with potatoes, rice or pasta.
