Step 1

First thing you need to do is prepare the tea leaves. This is not at all difficult to do. Boil 1, 5 cups of clean water, and sift 150 g of wheat flour. Then combine boiling water and flour together and mix everything well. Wait for the tea leaves to cool completely.

Step 2

Pour 250 ml of water into a cup, which must be warm, and add yeast there. Stir the mixture thoroughly to dissolve the yeast. The resulting mixture must be poured into the tea leaves, add salt and sugar. Mix everything thoroughly.

Step 3

Sift wheat flour and rye flour separately. Then you need to gradually mix flour into the yeast mixture. The first step is to stir in rye flour, and then wheat flour. Knead the dough well. As a result, it should turn out to be very tight, but at the same time the dough will stick slightly to your fingers.

Step 4

Place the finished dough in a metal cup, and cover the top tightly with kitchen cling film. Put this cup in an oven preheated to 50 degrees. Close and unplug the oven. The dough should come up warm after about 60 minutes.

Step 5

From the risen dough, you need to shape bread. Place the dough in special forms, which must first be thoroughly greased with vegetable oil. The dough in the tins must be put back in the warm oven.

Step 6

The form with bread must be placed in a baking sheet, into which water must be poured. Then it is placed in an oven heated to 220 degrees. After 10 minutes have passed, you need to reduce the temperature to 200 degrees. After another 40 minutes, the aromatic crispy bread is ready.

Step 7

The readiness of the rolls can be checked with a toothpick or a match. And you can also knock on the crust, if you hear a muffled sound, it means that the bread is baked.
