Fish kebab, cooked in the oven according to this recipe, turns out to be simply delicious. The dish is not cheap, but for festive gatherings it is the most it. Remember to soak the skewers in water to prevent them from burning when baking.
It is necessary

- - soy sauce - 50 ml;
- - lemon - half;
- - sweet peppers - 3 pcs.;
- - tomatoes - 4 pcs.;
- - fish - 1.5 kg.
Instructions
Step 1
Divide the catfish into fillets. To do this, separate the head, cut the fish along the ridge, remove the ridge. Cut off the rib bones. Cut the skin off the fillet.
Step 2
Place the resulting fillet in a container. Sprinkle the fish with the juice of half a lemon. Add soy sauce. Season with pepper and salt to taste. Leave the fillets to marinate for half an hour.
Step 3
Soak the skewers in water and start preparing the vegetables. Cut the peppers into thirds, cut the tomatoes into rings. It should be noted that peppers and tomatoes should not be too large. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper before stringing.
Step 4
Cut the fish fillets into strips 2 centimeters wide. String the kebab on sticks: first the pepper, then the fish meat, then the tomatoes and at the very end again the pepper. Note that the pepper here also performs a supporting function and does not allow the structure to fall apart. Fold too thin pieces in half when shashlik is formed. Put the kebabs on the wire rack, and the wire rack with the kebabs in the preheated oven.
Step 5
If the oven has a grill function, turn it on and bake for 15 minutes. After 7 minutes, turn the skewers over. The fish kebab is ready in the oven. You can serve fish kebab with tartar sauce, ketchup, mayonnaise, light vegetable salad and dry white wine.
