The cheesecakes are baked pretty quickly. The recipe and preparation process of the product are quite simple.

It is necessary

    • for the test:
    • 2 cups of flour
    • 25-30 g fresh yeast or 7-10 g dry
    • 2 tbsp. spoons of butter
    • 1 egg or yolk
    • 1/3 cup milk
    • ¼ glass of water
    • 1 tbsp. spoonful of sugar
    • a pinch of salt
    • For filling:
    • 500 g of cottage cheese
    • 1 egg
    • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sour cream
    • 3 teaspoons of sugar
    • a pinch of salt
    • for lubrication:
    • 1 egg
    • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of butter

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the dough by sifting the flour through a sieve.

Step 2

Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water, add sugar and half a glass of flour.

Knead the dough and place in a warm place for 15-20 minutes.

Separate the yolk from the white and whisk lightly.

Step 5

Add yolk, milk, butter and salt to the matched brew. Knead the dough.

The longer the dough is kneaded, the richer the baked goods will be.

Cover the dough with a towel and place in a warm, draft-free place to proof for 35-45 minutes.
