- chicken egg - 2 pcs;
- garlic - 1 clove;

Soften the margarine.
Beat the egg.
Sift flour.
Add sugar, salt, softened margarine, beaten egg to sour cream. Mix everything well.
After stirring, add the sifted flour and baking soda.
Knead the dough For the filling:
Chop the meat finely and fry in a skillet until golden brown.
Wash, peel and grate the carrots.
Peel and dice the onion.
Fry vegetables in a pan and mix with meat.
Season with salt and pepper and divide the dough into 18 balls. Roll out the balls and place on each filling.
Form a triangular samsa.
Grease each with an egg on top.
Put everything on a baking sheet and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
Bake at this temperature for 20 minutes.
Samsa is better to eat freshly prepared, it is tasty and juicy.

Defrost the dough.
While the dough is thawing, prepare the filling.
Place the minced meat in a deep bowl. Add garlic chopped in a blender or garlic press, onions scrolled through a meat grinder into it (onions can also be chopped in a blender). Beat in eggs, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly.
Cut the thawed layer of dough into 4 parts and roll it out a little.
Take one square of dough, brush with an egg on the inside. Place the filling in the shape of a triangle in the middle.
Wrap the dough with an envelope. First, in turn, two edges. Wrap the bottom of the dough on top. Fold the edges inward.
Place baking paper on a baking sheet. Put the samsa on it.
Put in the oven for 35-45 minutes at 180 degrees.
15 minutes before cooking, coat each samsin with an egg and put in the oven again until tender.
Samsa turns out to be very tender and juicy.
