You can talk endlessly about the benefits of pickled vegetables. Tomatoes in grated cucumbers are cooked without vinegar, which means that they will turn out to be pickled. Three cans of these tomatoes will not be superfluous in your refrigerator.

- For 3 liter cans:
- - 1, 2 kg of cucumbers;
- - 800 g tomato;
- - 6 cloves of garlic;
- - dill;
- - black allspice peas;
- - 3 bay leaves;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare liter cans. Rinse thoroughly with hot water and baking soda. Then sterilize in a water bath. Pour boiling water over nylon caps.
Step 2
Cooking cucumbers: Rinse under running water, trim off the ends, grate for Korean carrots. Sort the dill, rinse, chop and add to the grated cucumbers.
Step 3
Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices. Add garlic, peppercorns, salt to the cucumbers. Leave on for 10 minutes. Rinse the tomatoes under running water.
Step 4
We put the prepared vegetables in jars. Put bay leaves, grated cucumbers, tomatoes at the bottom.
Step 5
Close the jars with nylon lids and put in a cool place for three days. The fermentation process will begin. The vegetables will begin to ferment. After three days, the jars should be placed in a cold place.
