Prove that you are not only a skilled chef, but also a highly creative chef and make an appetizer, main course or dessert in just 15 minutes.
Quick snack: grilled cheese
Ingredients:
- 200 g of hard cheese;
- 1 chicken egg;
- 100 g bread crumbs;
- vegetable oil.
Cut a piece of cheese into cubes or wedges. Beat the egg in a bowl and sprinkle the breadcrumbs on a flat plate. Take a slice of cheese using two forks or tongs, dip it in the egg mass, then roll in breadcrumbs and send to a skillet in heated vegetable oil. Roast the cheese over high heat, turning over as soon as one side is browned. Serve it immediately, while the middle is still melted, sticking skewers or toothpicks for convenience and, of course, do not forget about the sauce, for example, tomato or cranberry sauce.
Quick Quick Hot Snack: Lazy Mini Pizzas
Ingredients:
- 4 pits or slices of brick-shaped wheat bread;
- 300 g boiled pork;
- 60 g of hard cheese;
- 1 onion;
- 1 tomato;
- 20 g of parsley;
- 2 tbsp. sour cream;
- 2 tsp horseradish;
- vegetable oil.
Cut the boiled pork and tomato into thin slices. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Chop the parsley leaves finely. Peel and chop the onion into thin half rings. Coat a baking sheet with vegetable oil. Place pita cakes or rectangles of bread on top of it, top them in layers with tomato slices, herbs, boiled pork and onions. Mix sour cream and horseradish, gently spread on mini pizzas and sprinkle with cheese. Bake the dish at 200oC for 5-7 minutes.
Complete hot in 5 minutes: noodles in a la carbonara sauce
Ingredients:
- 300 g of instant egg noodles;
- 5 chicken eggs;
- 180 g bacon;
- 60 g parmesan;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 1/3 tsp ground black pepper;
- salt;
- olive oil.
Cook the egg noodles in salted water following the instructions on the package, usually 1-3 minutes. Meanwhile, chop the bacon into small cubes, mash the eggs and pepper thoroughly and 1/2 tsp. salt. Fry the garlic cloves in olive oil until golden brown and discard, brown the bacon in the same bowl, then pour it into a bowl of egg mixture and stir.
Throw the noodles in a colander, transfer them to the pan and top with the sauce. Cook hot for 3-5 minutes, until eggs set. Divide it into bowls and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Whip up cottage cheese cakes
Ingredients:
- 300 g of fine-grained cottage cheese;
- 4 tablespoons Sahara;
- 30 g of hazelnuts;
- coconut flakes or grated chocolate.
Stir the cottage cheese and sugar well until smooth. Form cakes from it with your hands soaked in warm water, place hazelnut kernels in the center and mold balls. Dip them in coconut or grated chocolate and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
