Step 2

Jellied.

Pour the finished jelly onto the bottom of the mold. Leave it on for a while to harden a little. Chop up the crab and vegetables. Place in a mold and pour over the remaining jelly. Refrigerate. Place the lettuce leaves on a plate. Put the frozen jellied liquid in warm water for a few seconds. Then shake and turn onto a plate.

Step 3

Pies.

Defrost the puff pastry. Chop the crab meat and onions. Cook a hard boiled egg. Then peel and chop. Stir all the filling ingredients. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Lightly moisten the layers of puff pastry with cold water and place on top of each other. Roll into a thin rectangular cake. Cut into 8 pieces. Place the crab filling in the middle of each piece and seal the edges. Brush the patties with a beaten egg and milk and leave in a cool place for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200C and bake until golden brown.

Step 4

Canapes.

Toast a slice of wheat bread lightly. Mix soft butter with tomato paste. Lubricate the crouton with a creamy mass. Chop the crab meat, mix with mayonnaise and place on bread. Garnish with fresh herbs.

Step 5

Fritters.

Peel the potatoes, rinse and grate on a coarse grater. Mix with flour, egg and stir until smooth. Preheat a skillet with vegetable oil. Spoon the dough out and fry until golden brown on both sides. Place the pancakes on a baking sheet. Chop the onions finely. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, peel and cut into cubes. Chop the cheese and crab into small pieces.
