  • - half of red sweet pepper or paprika;
  • - half green sweet pepper;
  • - 3 cloves of garlic;
  • - 200 g of tomatoes;
  • - 100 g of fresh boiled or frozen corn;
  • - 4 eggs;
  • - parsley, salt, black pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the potatoes and cut them into even slices. Peel the peppers from seeds and legs, cut into cubes, and chop the tomatoes. Chop the garlic finely.

Place the potatoes in a deep frying pan with a spoonful of olive oil, add pepper and garlic, season and salt. Fry, stirring constantly.
