- - egg - 1 piece;
- - vegetable oil for frying - 2 tablespoons
- For filling:

Step 2
Place in the microwave for 1 minute to stop the sorrel from being bulky. Cool slightly and stir in the starch and sugar to the sorrel.
Step 3
Whisk sour cream, salt and sugar with egg. Stir in flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda. The dough should come out flowing, but not too runny.
Step 4
Heat vegetable oil over low heat in a skillet. Pour a little less than half of the dough onto the surface of the pan and spread it over the bottom. Spread the filling over the dough in an even layer.
Step 5
Spoon the remaining dough over the filling with a spoon so that the sorrel is completely covered with the dough. Cover the pan with a lid. After 2 minutes, the bottom of the cake will brown, and the top of the dough will set. Turn the cake over gently. Cook the other side, covered, for another minute.
