The Ducan diet (protein) is recognized as one of the most effective for weight loss. After all, only in the first week you can lose up to 6 kg! Ducan's diet is not only low-carb and low-fat, but also healthy, as the main ingredient of the diet is 2 tablespoons of oat bran, which should be eaten daily. Many Ducan people invent interesting recipes with these two spoons, so as not to exceed the carbohydrate intake. I offer a very simple, affordable and quick recipe for canned fish pie.
It is necessary
- - 1 can of canned fish in its own juice;
- - 0, 5 pcs. medium onion;
- - 2 tablespoons of oat bran, ground into flour;
- - Salt;
- - Any spices (to taste);
- - 75-80 grams of soft curd;
- - 2 chicken eggs.
- Silicone cake mold. A rectangular cupcake shape is ideal, but small molds can also be used.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix thoroughly the bran, curd and eggs, salt, seasonings.
Step 2
Set aside the mixture to infuse for 10 minutes. During this time, the bran will swell and combine with the rest of the ingredients.
Step 3
Finely chop the onions, save them in 1 tablespoon of olive oil. For those who save oil, since no more than 2 tablespoons a day can be used, onions can simply be stewed with water in a pan until soft.
Step 4
Put the canned food out of the jar and mash gently with a fork.

Collect the cake. To do this, put 3 full tablespoons of dough into the mold and flatten.
Lay out the filling and spread the remaining dough on top as evenly as possible.
