Poached and scrambled eggs
To prepare a poached egg, you need 1 egg, 100 grams of water, ¼ teaspoon of vinegar, 1 sprig of fresh parsley, and pepper and salt to taste. Vinegar is added to a cup of water, after which the liquid is boiled in a closed container for one minute at a power of 600 watts. Then the egg is carefully poured into the container and placed in the microwave for another minute, reducing the power to 360 W.
After the time has elapsed, the container is removed, covered with a lid, insisted for two minutes, after which the egg is taken out and dried on a napkin. Finished poached poultry is poured with a mixture of melted butter, salt, pepper and chopped parsley. When cooking several eggs, you must manually change the position of the container so that the eggs cook evenly.
To cook scrambled eggs in the microwave, you need to take 2 eggs, 100 grams of ham, 2 tablespoons of grated hard cheese, 1 tablespoon of butter, as well as salt and parsley to taste. The ham is cut into small pieces, mixed with herbs and cheese and laid out in greased molds.
Eggs are gently poured on top, which must be sprinkled with the rest of the cheese and sprinkled with melted butter.
