Granita is an Italian dessert that is sweet fruit ice. The density of granite can vary depending on the preparation method.
It is necessary
- - 500 ml of orange juice;
- - 50 gr. Sahara;
- - a tablespoon of lemon juice.

Step 1
The process of making granita is very simple, but freezing the dessert will take some time. First, pour the orange juice into a saucepan (frying pan) and add the sugar and lemon juice.
Step 2
Stir the juice over low heat until the sugar is completely dissolved. We remove from the fire.
Step 3
Pour the orange juice into a mold that can be stowed away in the freezer, taking into account that the juice will increase in size.
Step 4
We remove the juice in the refrigerator for 2 hours, then remove and stir with a fork. We repeat this action 3 more times. The ice can then be used immediately or left in the freezer at any time.
Step 5
Granite can be served in a glass, but it will be much more beautiful if you serve popsicles in half of the orange, from which the pulp has been removed.
