Returning defective products to the store

What to write in the claim?
The design of such a document looks quite simple. In the claim header, you must indicate to whom it is addressed, as well as who compiled it (full name and contact information). In the main part, you should briefly describe the essence of your dissatisfaction with a specific product, as well as indicate when, where and for what amount it was purchased. If available, copies of purchase documents are attached to the claim (most often this is a cashier's receipt). Do not forget to indicate your requirements (for example, to return money for a low-quality product or replace it with a similar one, but of good quality).
The claim can be handed in personally or sent by mail (if you are sending a claim by letter, order a notice of delivery, since such a notice will be a good additional proof of your position in court in the event of a conflict).
If you've lost your check, don't be discouraged. It is possible to prove the fact of making a purchase not only with the help of this piece of paper, witness testimony, video recordings (including from the CCTV cameras of the trade enterprise itself) are suitable. You can also ask to check the SKU with the store's product database.
Can quality products be returned?
It's also possible, but the chances are slim. If you just do not like the taste, smell of the product, the store may refuse a refund and will be right. But if the feelings are confirmed by the expert's conclusions about the hidden flaws, then the chances of compensation for the damage are great.
After paying for the goods, check the consistency of goods and prices on the check. If at this stage you find that you made the wrong choice or took something of poor quality, the store can meet you halfway and immediately return money for the wrong product or exchange it for the desired one.
