In order for nothing to spoil the process of making cottage cheese cookies, and it is really useful, it is important to choose the right cottage cheese. The main thing is that it is fresh. To determine the freshness of a product, you just need to look at its color: it should be either snow-white or slightly creamy. If the cottage cheese has a gray or blue tint, then this is a stale product. The fat content of the cottage cheese for this cookie can be any, even minimal - the taste will not deteriorate from this.

Before cooking, it is necessary to grind the grains of cottage cheese to smaller ones using a sieve. The rest of the ingredients are straightforward. In addition to 200 grams of cottage cheese, you will need: butter - 100 grams, flour - 150 grams, sugar - 5 tablespoons, baking powder - half a teaspoon and a pinch of salt.

Preparation

First, grind the cottage cheese with sugar and salt well. The process will become easier if the curd is soft. Pre-melt the butter and add to the curd, stirring everything thoroughly again. As a result, you should get a mass that is homogeneous in its consistency. Then add baking powder to the mixture and stir again. Now you can add flour and start kneading the dough, then send it to the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

After two hours of dough in the refrigerator, you can roll it out into a thin cake and cut round small cakes with an ordinary glass. Roll each of them in a small amount of sugar, then fold in half and felted in sugar again. Now you need to fold the cake in half again so that you get a small triangle. This triangle must be rolled in granulated sugar again, only now only on one side, and put on a baking sheet all the triangles prepared in this way. Lay them sugar side up. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and send the triangle cottage cheese cookies into it for about 25 minutes, until they are slightly browned.
