Cottage cheese is one of the healthiest fermented milk products. Since the content of calcium and fluoride in cottage cheese is higher than in other products, the process of formation of the skeletal system is practically impossible without it. Unfortunately, not everyone likes to eat cottage cheese. But hardly anyone will refuse delicious cottage cheese cookies. And the calcium content in the cottage cheese does not change after baking.

You don't need any special culinary skills to bake cottage cheese cookies. Such pastries are appreciated among those with a sweet tooth and those who like to whip up something. Thanks to the cottage cheese, the cookies are tender, tasty and very healthy. It is important that the capacity of calcium in the cottage cheese after cooking the biscuits remains almost in full. This sweetness contains a number of useful substances - vitamins, proteins and minerals.

Baking from cottage cheese can be made both dietary and high-calorie. Adjust the calories in your dish by using cottage cheese with different fat contents. A product with minimal or no fat will help make cookies low in calories.

There are a lot of options for making dough for cottage cheese cookies. For cottage cheese "triangles" you will need:

- 250-300 g of cottage cheese;

- 150 g butter or margarine;

- 400 g flour;

- 10 g baking powder (1 sachet);

- 100 g of sugar.

Take butter or margarine and place in a warm place for a few hours. Once the butter has softened, place it in a deep bowl. Put the cottage cheese there. Use a spoon to carefully rub the cottage cheese and butter until smooth. You can also do this with a mixer. Then take another deep bowl and add the flour and baking powder to it. Mix everything well.

The baking powder for the dough can be replaced with simple soda, which must first be extinguished with vinegar.

Now combine the flour and the curd and butter mixture. Add flour gradually to avoid clumping. After all the flour is hammered into the dough, it must be laid out on the table. Knead the dough again with your hands and add more flour if necessary. The consistency of the dough should be flexible enough and not stick to your hands. If, nevertheless, the dough sticks, add a little more flour to it. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for half an hour. Cold dough will make it much easier to form a cookie.

Before kneading the dough, sift through a sieve several times to better saturate the flour with oxygen. This will make your confection much more luxurious.

Divide the frozen dough into several parts so that it is convenient to roll it out. Place a small amount of flour on the table. Then take one piece of dough and roll it out to a thickness of about 0.5 centimeters, no more. Next, take a glass, dip it in flour and cut circles in the resulting "pancake". Gather the remaining pieces of dough and roll out again for new circles. Spread the blanks carefully over the flour so that they do not stick together. Do the same with the rest of the test.

Pour sugar into a separate bowl. And roll each circle in it only on one side. Fold in half so the sugar stays inside the fold. Dip one side again in sugar. Further, the "blank" for cookies must be folded in half again, with sugar inside, to make a triangle. Sprinkle with sugar or powdered sugar on top.

On a preheated and oiled baking sheet, place the future cookies with the sugar side up. Leave a 3-4 cm gap between the triangles, otherwise they will stick together when baking. And you can send the cookies to the preheated oven until golden brown. They are baked for about 15 minutes. The main thing - do not forget to check so that the liver does not burn.
