Making juicy and delicious homemade dumplings is not so difficult. A certain skill is required when sculpting, but this can be quickly dealt with. Cooking takes some time, but if you involve household members in the process, then things will go faster. Dumplings can be prepared for future use and stored in the freezer.

- 0.5 kg. pork
- 200 gr. lard
- 2 medium onions
- 0.5 cups milk
- salt
- ground black pepper
- dough:
- 3 cups wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 glass of water
Instructions
Step 1
We make minced meat from pork, beef and lard.
Step 2
Peel the onion and mince it.
Step 3
Mix the minced meat, add milk, salt, pepper.
Step 4
Knead the minced meat well until smooth.
Step 5
Cooking the dough.
Add salt and water to the sifted flour and knead the hard dough.
Step 6
Knead the dough until plastic.
Step 7
Roll out the dough into a thin layer. The thickness of the layer is not more than 3 mm.
Step 8
With a glass we make a mold for dumplings, with a diameter of 5, 5-6 cm.
Step 9
Put the minced meat in the middle of the form with a teaspoon.
Step 10
We pinch a dumpling in the form of a crescent.
Step 11
We connect the corners of the crescent. The dumpling is ready.
Step 12
Cook the finished dumplings in salted boiling water for 10-15 minutes.

Serve with butter and sour cream.
