Step 1
Chicken, any parts are suitable, boil in salted water until tender, cool slightly and separate the fillet from the skin and bones. Cut the chicken into small cubes.
We wash the potatoes and cook, without peeling, in salted water, boil the eggs along the way. We clean the cooled ingredients and also cut into cubes.
Step 2
Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings. We mix 9% vinegar with salt and sugar - this will be the onion marinade. Pour the onion with the resulting marinade and leave for half an hour, this will give the onion a unique taste and aroma, and also remove excess bitterness.
Drain the liquid from the pickled mushrooms, leave a few pieces to decorate the salad, chop the rest, the mushroom pieces should be the same size with the rest of the ingredients.
Step 3
We put all the ingredients in a salad bowl, add a little salt if necessary, season the salad with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly. We decorate the dishes with lettuce leaves, put the Lesnoy salad in a heap, decorate it with whole pickled mushrooms and cranberries. Cranberries are optional in this salad, so they can be eliminated or replaced with nuts or pomegranate seeds.
