Seaweed is a product unique in its composition. It contains many vitamins and minerals necessary for the body. But eating cabbage in its pure form quickly gets boring, so let's try to cook several simple and tasty dishes from it.
Lean mushroom and seaweed cutlets
Despite the fact that this dish is lean, it turns out to be very satisfying.
You will need:
- canned seaweed - 150 g;
- champignons (oyster mushrooms) - 300 g;
- potatoes - 5 pcs;
- onion - 1 piece;
- carrots - 2 pcs;
- salt and spices to taste;
- bread crumbs.
Boil potatoes and carrots until tender, let cool, peel and grind in a blender (meat grinder) along with raw onions. Cut the seaweed into 2-3 cm pieces. Combine all the ingredients, add salt and spices and mix until smooth. From the resulting mass we form cutlets, roll them in breadcrumbs and fry in hot sunflower oil on both sides until golden brown.
Rice with seaweed
This is a very healthy dietary meal that fasting and vegetarians can prepare.
You will need:
- rice - 250 g;
- seaweed - 100 g;
- salt and spices;
- sunflower oil.
We wash the rice 2-3 times to wash off the excess starch. Pour the washed cereal with clean water, add salt and 1 tbsp. sunflower oil so that the rice does not stick together during cooking. Cook until tender under a closed lid. Chop the seaweed and add to the finished rice, mix and leave for 30 minutes to soak the rice with the aroma of the seaweed. Add salt or spices if desired. This dish is served with fresh cucumber.
Homemade salad
You will need:
- boiled potatoes - 2 pcs;
- pickled cucumber - 2 pcs;
- seaweed - 100 g;
- garlic - 1 clove;
- quick judgment noodles - 1/2 pack;
- mayonnaise.
Cut boiled potatoes into small cubes, three cucumbers on a coarse grater, put everything in a salad bowl. Cut the seaweed into 2-3 cm pieces. Finely chop the garlic or pass through a press. Knead the noodles with your hands to make small pieces. We mix all the ingredients, season with mayonnaise and mix again. Leave in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before serving.
