Merchant-style meat is a very tasty dish that is cooked in the oven. Due to its spectacular appearance, it can be served both for a festive table and for a family dinner on weekdays. If you like a combination of tender pork, aromatic mushrooms and a brown cheese crust, then you will surely like the dish.
It is necessary
- - pork (it is better to take carbonate) - 400 g;
- - any mushrooms (for example, champignons) - 200 g;
- - tomato - 1 pc.;
- - cheese - 200 g;
- - mayonnaise - 5 tsp;
- - ground black pepper - 1 tsp;
- - salt - 1 tsp;
- - sunflower oil - 1 tbsp. l.;
- - a baking dish or baking sheet.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the carbonate, pat dry with paper towels and cut into palm-sized pieces - you get 5-6 pieces. Now place them on a cutting board and hammer on both sides to soften them a little.
Step 2
In a separate small bowl, combine ground black pepper and salt. Rub each piece of meat with the resulting mixture and leave for 10 minutes. Rinse the mushrooms and cut into slices. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 3
Place the tomato in a deep cup, pour boiling water over it to the top and leave for 2 minutes. After that, drain the hot water, and cool the tomato in cold tap water, make an incision and remove the skin. Then cut the vegetable into thin circles with a sharp knife.
Step 4
Turn on the oven and set the temperature to 200 degrees. While it is warming up, grease a baking sheet or baking sheet with sunflower oil and place the pieces of pork, which have already been soaked in spices by this time.
Step 5
Put tomato slices on top of the meat and sprinkle them with 1/3 of the grated cheese, and then lay the mushrooms, adding a little salt to them. Spread the blanks with mayonnaise (1 tsp per piece), pepper lightly and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Step 6
Place the mold in the oven for 20 minutes. When the meat is cooked like a merchant, leave it for 5 minutes so that the cheese "seizes". And then the dish can be served with any side dish, for example, baked potatoes and fresh salad.
