Many people are very fond of barbecuing in nature. The crackle of the fire and the aroma of roasted meat can leave few people indifferent. But what to do if winter is on its way, but you still want to taste the barbecue? You need to learn how to cook it at home! Barbecue, marinated in a special way and cooked in the oven, turns out to be soft, tender and very tasty!

It is necessary

  • For barbecue:
  • - pork (preferably with fat) - 300 g;
  • - onions - 1 pc.;
  • - zira - a few pinches;
  • - ground black pepper;
  • - salt - 1 tbsp. l. without a slide;
  • - skewers - 6 - 7 pcs.
  • - liter glass jar.
  • For kebab salad:
  • - onions - 1 - 2 pcs.;
  • - radish - 1 pc. (optional);
  • - lemon juice or vinegar 9% - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • - vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the pork into small pieces. Peel the onions and chop them into half rings. In a separate bowl, combine the pieces of pork, chopped onions, black pepper to taste, and salt. Rub a few pinches of cumin with your fingers and add to the bowl. Mix everything well. Leave the meat to marinate for 40 minutes.

Step 2

After the time has passed, take the kebab skewers and start stringing pieces of meat on them. From 300 g of pork you should get 6 or 7 ready-made skewers.

Step 3

Take a glass liter jar and put all the kebab skewers in it. Place the jar in the oven. We do not preheat the oven! Turn on the oven as soon as you put the jar in it. Set the temperature to 120 degrees. Cook the kebab in the oven for 1 hour.

Step 4

While the kebab is being prepared, we will prepare a salad for it. Peel the onion and radish. Cut the onion into thin half rings and rinse them under cold running water. Cut the radish into thin strips and soak for 10 minutes in cold salted water. In a separate small bowl, combine the onion with the radish, season the salad with lemon juice or vinegar and vegetable oil. Mix everything well.

Step 5

Put the prepared kebab on a large platter and serve with the salad. If your salad is made without radish, then you can sprinkle the onion directly on top of the kebab.
