The taste of this kebab will be as spicy and juicy as fried over an open fire. The main secret of cooking such a kebab is that the steam of the oven leaves more useful vitamins and minerals in the meat.

It is necessary

    • Pork - 1.5 kg,
    • Pineapple - 0.5 kg,
    • Onions - 3 pcs.,
    • Hot pepper - 1 pod
    • Vegetable oil - 4 tablespoons
    • Lemon - ½ pc.
    • Salt to taste
    • Favorite meat seasoning - to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the onion into rings and cover with salt water. Put oppression on top. Leave the onions to marinate.

Cut the meat into the desired pieces, not too large, but not too small.

Step 3

Peel the pineapple and cut into cubes.

Peel hot peppers and chop finely. Then fry in a pan with the addition of 1 tbsp. oils.

Do not forget to turn the kebab over. To check that the meat is cooked, cut it with a knife. If the meat is red inside, it is not ready yet. Serve the shish kebab hot, with ketchup or mayonnaise.
