What will we put on the festive table this year? This is a seafood salad recipe. Fast, easy, graceful, elegant, delicious. And useful!
It is necessary
- Large tomatoes 2-3 pcs.
- Chinese cabbage or salad
- Bulgarian pepper 2-3 pcs.
- Pitted olives 1b.
- Cheese 200-300 g
- Mussels in oil 150 g
- Mussels in brine 150 g
Instructions
Step 1
The first thing in our bowl will be seafood. Moreover, remember - together with oil and brine! It can be mussels, it can be a seafood cocktail - as you like. Cut each mussel in half
Step 2
Now it's the turn of the bell pepper. Cut in half, remove seeds and cut into cubes. And to seafood.
Step 3
Next we have olives in line. We cut each olive in half and again - into a bowl.
Step 4
Then thinly-thinly cut the salad.

But with cheese - there is doubly room for your imagination. Any cheese will do, except processed cheese. You can cut into cubes, or you can grate on a coarse grater.

And last but not least, tomatoes. And, of course, cubes.
