Stewed potatoes with mushrooms is an easy-to-prepare dish. Can be served as a separate dish or as a side dish. Any mushrooms are used.
  It is necessary
- - 0.5 kg. potatoes;
 - - 400 g of any mushrooms;
 - - medium onion;
 - - salt, pepper, bay leaf, mushroom seasoning to taste;
 - - 2 tbsp. vegetable oil for frying.
 
Instructions
Step 1
Peel potatoes, wash well, cut into small cubes. Put a frying pan on the fire, pour in vegetable oil and heat well.
Step 2
Place the potatoes in a skillet and fry over low heat on both sides, uncovered, for about 10-15 minutes.
Step 3
Wash the mushrooms, cut into small pieces. Peel the onion, cut into half rings. Send the fried potatoes to the saucepan, in which they will cook further.
Step 4
Fry the mushrooms in a skillet. Once the mushrooms are golden, add the onion and 1 teaspoon of mushroom seasoning and brown a little.
Step 5
Add the prepared mushrooms to the potatoes. Season with salt, pepper, bay leaves and half a glass of water. Simmer over medium heat for half an hour.
