Step 1

After removing the dark chocolate from the packaging, place it in a suitable dish in a broken form, then place it in a pot of boiling water so that it melts. If you do not want to melt chocolate in this way, then use the microwave. After this procedure, combine the resulting mass with egg yolks. Stir everything so that the mixture becomes homogeneous.

Step 2

Using a clean, deep cup, place the egg whites in it. Add salt to them, then beat. This procedure should be done until the mixture turns into a stable white foam. After this has happened, gradually add granulated sugar there, without ceasing to beat the mass.

Step 3

Gradually mix the resulting protein-sugar mixture with the yolk-chocolate mass. Mix everything properly.

Step 4

Prepare the molds in which you will bake the future chocolate soufflé. To do this, carefully grease them with butter and sprinkle with a small amount of granulated sugar.

Step 5

Spread the resulting chocolate mass over the prepared dishes. Then, gently slide your thumb over the edge of the baking dish. Thanks to this action, the dessert will rise during cooking.

Step 6

After sending the dish to the oven, the temperature of which is 190 degrees, cook it for 25 minutes. Serve the finished treat immediately. The hot chocolate soufflé is ready!
