Cooking these cutlets is not at all difficult. They are very healthy, digestible, dietary and very tasty. They are prepared without frying. Never get bored, unlike many other dishes. In order to save a little time, you should first make the cutlets themselves. And during the time that they will be in the double boiler, prepare the sauce and side dish.

We need the following ingredients:

1. Turkey fillet (skinless and boneless) - 300 g

2. Boneless beef with fat layers - 300 g

3. Half a head of garlic

4. Chicken egg - 1 pc.

5. Sugar fine breading - 50 g

6. Fatty sour cream from 20% - 150 g

7. Any refined oil - 75 g

8. Fresh mushrooms. It can be forest, oyster mushrooms or mushrooms (depending on the season and availability) - 150 g

9. White flour - 20 g

10. Spices for poultry and meat, including powder from dried aromatic herbs, ground pepper and salt - to taste

Recipe

1. Wash the turkey fillet and cut any shape into small pieces so that you can scroll them in a meat grinder. Place in a prepared bowl.

Boneless beef with fat layers, prepare in the same way as turkey fillets.

2. Put the mushrooms in salted water for a quarter of an hour. Wash them. Peel off the upper skin and contaminated, damaged parts. Cut into small slices and place in a bowl.

Peel the garlic cloves.

3. Scroll the prepared meat in a meat grinder and put it in a large container, in which it will be convenient to knead the minced meat.

4. Kill with an immersion blender: raw chicken egg, 100 g of water (mineral, bottled or regular drinking water), all peeled garlic, selected spices for poultry or meat, dried aromatic herbs, salt with ground pepper and fine breading.

5. Mix all the products killed by the blender with the minced meat and, slowly, with the help of your hand, knead a homogeneous elastic minced meat.

6. Form beautiful cutlets with wet hands and put them in a double boiler.

If you don't have a steamer, you can place a colander in a pot of boiling water so that it doesn't touch the water. Put the patties in a colander and cover with a lid. Cutlets in such an impromptu steamer take 5-10 minutes longer to cook.

Cook prepared cutlets in a double boiler (electric) for 25 minutes.

7. Cut the mushrooms into slices. Fry over high heat with the addition of refined oil and salt.

Add flour to the fried mushrooms, stir and fry for another 2 minutes. Stir so that not a single lump of flour remains.

Add sour cream and 50 ml. water. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. The sauce thickens quickly, try it and add salt and pepper if necessary. The sauce is ready.

Innings

Arrange cutlets cooked in a double boiler on plates, pour over mushroom sauce or serve it separately.

This dish goes well with vegetable side dishes, potatoes and cereals (buckwheat, oatmeal, couscous).
